Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for purchasing our products.
We have a 14-day return policy on our products, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item(s) to request a return (see the terms and conditions of the product you’re buying before checkout. Also verify that you've selected the right sizes, if applicable).
Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at contact.randromet@gmail.com or using our Contact Information page. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting and getting an approval for a return will not be accepted. Please ensure you have received a return address before you proceed with the return process. Also, be aware that the circumstances of all return requests are not the same, in some cases return shipping fees are borne by the customer. All shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damages, Defective and Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as you received it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Also, the logistics company usually have a photo of the delivered package. Please also check our Shipping Policy.
Kindly follow the steps below if you have received an incorrect item:
1) Take a photo and video of the item (as detailed as possible) and send it to us within 48 hours of receiving the shipment.
2) Explain the issue in detail.
3) Send the proof to our customer service by email – contact.randromet@gmail.com
4) We will confirm the status of your return within 48 hours.
5) After reviewing the status of your return, we will update you on your status for a refund.
Note: Slightly different in colour, size difference of 2-4cm or little thread are not considered as defective items.
Order Not Received
Also, if you did not receive your order, please send us an email and we will assist you to check with the courier service. Orders not received may be as a result of one or more of the following:
1) Invalid address
2) Item(s) may be held by the custom and information may be required from the receiver.
3) Parcel had arrived at the post office and waiting for pickup. This may happen when the courier can’t reach your destination/you’re not at home.
Attention:
1) We will not deal with the refund or resend if the tracking system indicates that the order was successfully delivered to you.
2) The local distributor will deliver 1-3 times according to the actual situation. If the package is still unclaimed during the delivery period, it will be returned to the local post office for storage in 3-7 days. In that case, you need to pick up the package at the local post office by yourself. Otherwise, the product will be returned to the sender, which is our logistics company. During the return, we take no responsibility if products have been lost.
Order Cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel orders if:
1) There is(are) shipping restriction(s) at the delivery destination. We will notify you about this cancellation and you will be automatically be refunded on your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
2) Product is Out of Stock – also you will be automatically refunded.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day Cooling Off Period
Also, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refund
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund, please contact us at contact.randromet@gmail.com
Note: We will not refund for losses or damages resulting from natural causes such as, weather conditions, natural disasters (Force Majeure), etc.
