Shipping Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Randromet Retail Services Ltd. The following are the terms and conditions that formulate our Shipping Policy as we strive to provide smooth and timely delivery to our customers.
Order Processing Time
We ship directly from multiple warehouses as soon as the order is processed within 1-3 business days. We also ship to different countries worldwide, where there are no shipping restrictions or where the country customs do not introduce complex handling processes.
However, factors such as, weather conditions, carrier delays, and customs clearance may impact delivery times and shipments may be delayed by a couple of days. Therefore, please allow additional days in transit for delivery. In rare cases, if there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. However, we aim to provide free shipping as much as possible to our customers. Therefore, many of our products are free shipping.
- UK, USA, & Canada: 7 - 14 Business Days. However, if your item was shipped from a local warehouse, you may receive your shipment within 2-4 business days, and we hope that the quality will make you smile. We aim to use local warehouses as much as practicable. To ensure that your items are delivered from local warehouses, please check the ‘Faster Delivery in UK’ and ‘Faster Delivery in USA’ collections on our website.
- Australia, and New Zealand: 8 – 16 Business Days. Items shipped from local warehouses will take lesser delivery time of about 2-4 business days. Please look-out for ‘Faster Delivery in Canada’ collection on our website in the future.
- Europe: 8 – 16 Business Days. Items shipped from local warehouses will take lesser delivery time of about 3-6 business days. Please look-out for ‘Faster Delivery in Europe’ collection on our website in the future.
- Other International Locations: 15 – 20 Business Days. It varies based on destination country, carrier, weather condition, and customs delay.
Attention:
We aim to provide the best possible shipping experience to our customers. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you feel that your package has delayed abnormally, which we think it should be in a rare situation.
Please be aware of the following:
- All custom duty or fees are the responsibility of the customer. However, we endeavour to provide products that may not attract extra cost to our customers.
- Delivery times vary depending on destination country and are estimated times due to factors such as, weather conditions, carrier delays, and customs clearance, which may impact delivery times. Therefore, please allow additional days in transit for delivery. In rare cases, if there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
- Also, in rare cases delivery delays may be as a result of natural disasters, pandemics, etc (situations out of our control (Force Majeure). In such situation, we will endeavour to provide update through your email.
- We will not be liable for losses or damages resulting from natural causes such as, weather conditions, natural disasters (Force Majeure), etc.
Local and International Shipping Fees
United Kingdom and United States of America: Standard Shipping – US$3.97
Canada, Europe, Australia, and New Zealand: Standard Shipping – US$4.97
Other International Destinations: Standard Shipping – US$9.97
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
A tracking number will be added to your order details as soon as they are available. You will be notified via email so that you can keep track of the delivery status every step of the way through our Track Your Order page.
Order Cancellations, Undeliverable, and Damaged Items
· If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible by email on contact.randromet@gmail.com. If your order had already been processed and shipped, you will need to follow our return policy to receive a refund.
· In case you claim that you haven’t received your order(s) when the tracking system had stated that the package was successfully delivered, we will provide you with the contact information of the shipping company. You will need to contact the shipping company to obtain proof of package lost. On receipt of proof of package lost from you, we can either refund your order in full or send a replacement to you on a different address.
We do our best to avoid errors by verifying customers’ shipping information in the order confirmation sent immediately after purchase. But we are not responsible if a package is undeliverable because of:
o Incorrect address provided by the customer
o Missing due to a natural disaster or Force Majeure
· If you received damaged item(s), please take a picture and email us the picture at contact.randromet@gmail.com right away (you can also check our Contact Information page). We will only replace damaged goods within 48 hours of receiving your order. Delivery time will depend on your location.
Delivery
The local distributor will deliver 1-3 times according to the actual situation. If the package is still unclaimed during the delivery period, it will be returned to the local post office for storage in 3-7 days. In that case, you need to pick up the package at the local post office by yourself. Otherwise, the product will be returned to the sender, which is our logistics company. During the return, we take no responsibility if products have been lost, and the cost of re-shipment will be issued to the customer.
