Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Our shipping and delivery timeline for different destinations are as follows:
  • UK & USA: 7 - 14 Business Days. However, if your item was shipped from a local warehouse, you may receive your shipment within 2-4 business days, and we hope that the quality will make you smile. We aim to use local warehouses as much as practicable. To ensure that your items are delivered from local warehouses, please check the ‘Faster Delivery in UK’ and ‘Faster Delivery in USA’ collections on our website.
  • Canada, Australia, and New Zealand: 10 – 20 Business Days. Items shipped from local warehouses will take lesser delivery time of about 2-4 business days. Please look-out for ‘Faster Delivery in Canada’ collection on our website in the future.
  • Europe: 10 – 20 Business Days. Items shipped from local warehouses will take lesser delivery time of about 3-6 business days. Please look-out for ‘Faster Delivery in Europe’ collection on our website in the future.
  • Other International Locations: 15 – 25 Business Days. It varies based on destination country, carrier, weather condition, and customs delay.
Q: Do you provide tracking information?
A: Absolutely! All orders include tracking, and we upload the tracking details as soon as they’re available. You can check your order’s status anytime on our Track Your Order page.

Q: Why haven’t I received my tracking info yet?
A: Tracking can take a few days to update, especially just after purchase. Rest assured -we’re on it and will notify you as soon as your order is shipped.

Returns & Refunds

Q: What is your return policy?
A: We accept returns within 14 to 30 days after delivery, depending on the product and supplier. Just reach out and we’ll guide you through the process.

Q: How do I return an item?
A: Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide the steps and return address if your item qualifies.

Q: When will I get my refund?
A: Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after we receive your return.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

Q: Can I change or cancel my order?

A: Yes! We ship worldwide, with faster shipping to the USA, UK, and Canada compare to other locations. Shipping rates vary depending on your location. You can view the shipping cost at checkout.
Q: What are your international shipping fees?
A: We aim to provide free shipping where practicable on most of our products, especially for our customers in the United Kingdom and the United States of America. The following are our international shipping fees:

Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and Europe: Standard Shipping – US$4.97

Other International Destinations: Standard Shipping – US$9.97

Q: I received a damaged or incorrect item. What should I do?
A: We're here to help! Please contact us with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll make it right.
Q: Regarding shipping and delivery of my order, what else should I be aware of?
A: Please be aware of the following:
  • All custom duty or fees are the responsibility of the customer. However, we endeavour to provide products that may not attract extra cost to our customers.
  • Delivery times vary depending on destination country and are estimated times due to factors such as, weather conditions, carrier delays, and customs clearance, which may impact delivery times. Therefore, please allow additional days in transit for delivery. In rare cases, if there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
  • Also, in rare cases delivery delays may be as a result of natural disasters, pandemics, etc (situations out of our control (Force Majeure). In such situation, we will endeavour to provide update through your email.
